One of the most wonderful things happened on Monday. Our oldest daughter Leah Elizabeth, asked Jesus to "Wash away her sins" and to save her! I tell you it is one of the most greatest blessings and joys in a mothers heart to see her child want Jesus! I have prayed for her from the moment she was created in my womb. I love this girl more than anyone can imagine, but you know what?? Jesus loves her more! I am so thankful for my Wonderful merciful Savior! I continue to pray for her that God would use her for Him. That she would be passionate about Christ!
As I write this I can't help but to be burdened about people in my life, friends and family, that don't know Christ, I continue to pray for them, that they to would know the peace and joy that only Christ can give! " Jesus said to him: I am the way the truth and the life, NO one comes to the Father except through ME" John 14:6. I wanted to encourage people to think about this!! Christ is coming back for those that choose Him! And there is NO other way to heaven. You can't be good enough because the only one who is is Christ "None is righteous, no not one." Roman 2:10. " For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." Rom 3:23 Think about it!! He will return, and how much I long to see His face! I am so thankful for His salvation and pray that you all will TRULY know it too!! Don't wait, the Bible says: "Behold I am coming like a Thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake! Rev 16:15a
It amazes me how the simple mind of a child can see how they need Christ, but for adults we have to complicate things! One more thing and I promise I'm done! The Bible also tells us to "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when they are old they will not depart from it" Prov 22:6 Don't forget parents WE are the biggest influence in our childrens lives! I am NOT perfect and struggle EVERYDAY with my flesh, but I know this promise is true! I am a living example of it! I am forever grateful for the example and training my own parents gave me, though not perfect (no one is except Jesus), I have been taught His ways from my childhood, and I have a great desire to go God's way, not only because I know it is the ONLY way, but because I have witnessed His peace and love. I am very blessed!
I still have two other daughters who need Christ and I pray for them everyday, that they will see their need for Him too. Please pray with me for my girls!
Thank You Father for all you have done for me and for the greatest free gift of all, you Lord!
Take my life, and let it be consecrated, Lord, to Thee.
Take my moments and my days; let them flow in ceaseless praise.
Take my hands, and let them move at the impulse of Thy love.
Take my feet, and let them be swift and beautiful for Thee.
Take my voice, and let me sing always, only, for my King.
Take my lips, and let them be filled with messages from Thee.

Take my intellect, and use every power as Thou shalt choose.
Take my will, and make it Thine; it shall be no longer mine.
Take my heart, it is Thine own; it shall be Thy royal throne.
Take my love, my Lord, I pour at Thy feet its treasure store.
Take myself, and I will be ever, only, all for Thee.
